wrap short dough in plastic bag for 30 minutes. then make it like tart. （做成塔皮）put in oven to bake for 10-12 minutes.let it cool.

peel or clean vegetable.finely dice carrot.cut sugar peas into diamond.cut beans.boil a small pot of water and cook carrot,peas,beans for 5-8 minutes. rinse under cold water and drain.peel shallot,dice finely along with bell pepper.combine all dressing ingredients and mix with vegetable.

transfer vegetable salad to tart .garnish with what you want on top.
