rose and cardamom cheesecake的用料

sugar 60g ground pistachios 115g
self_raising flour 60G room tempreture butter 60g
egg 2 for cake base
heavy cream 160ml evaporated milk 300g
food colour gelatin 6片
ricotta cheese 500g mascarpone cheese 250g
sugar 100g rose water 80ml
for filing

rose and cardamom cheesecake的做法

步骤1

preheat oven to 180度(350F) for cake base,blend with pistachios,become ground pistachios. in a bowl,whisk together sugar butter until creamy.add egg and beat well. .sift in flour,ground pistachios and whisk well so that everything is incorporated. pour mixture into bake pan bake for 15-20 until gold brown.let cool.

步骤2

for filling,soak gelatin in water until soft. whisk together ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, sugar until creamy and light. this call cheese mixture. crush cardamom pod.remove husk,grind seed to a fine powder in blend(去皮磨粉)

步骤3

put evaporated milk,heavy cream together in saucepan with ground cardamom and rose water continue heat until mixture has reduce 1/3. remove from heat,let cool. squeeze out of gelatin water.add gelatin and stir until dissolve.then pass through strainer .(网过筛). whisk back into cheese mixture with a few drop of pink food colour this call filling. pour the filling on top of cake.leave in refrigerator for 3 hour or overnight.

步骤4

when you ready serve ,rose petal(枚瑰花瓣)on top of cheesecake and sprinkle with pistachios.if using.
