燕窝鸡蛋挞的用料

燕窝Bird’s Nest 鸡蛋Free-Range Organic Egg
猪油Lard 黄油Butter
面粉Flour 糖Sugar

燕窝鸡蛋挞的做法

步骤1

把燕窝在冷水中浸泡整晚,然后用沸水煮3分钟关火,待水冷却后把燕窝用糖水小煮即成。Soak the bird’s nest in cold water for whole night, then boil for 3 minutes.

步骤2

混合面粉和油,制成蛋挞皮。Mix the flour and oil, and make the crust.

步骤3

用鸡蛋和糖水打匀成蛋挞水。Mix and stir the egg and sugar water.

步骤4

把蛋挞水烤10分钟,出炉后放上燕窝即成。Bake the egg-tart for 10 minutes and add Bird's Nest on the top.
