步骤1
process ingredient list for the short dough roll out short dough on work place and roll thickness of 1/4 inch . if you want make flat,roll the dough out flat,cutting it into 2 inch squares,and put on bake sheet to bake for 10-12 minutes.remove and let cool.步骤2
place the mold side by side,grease mold lightly,and lay the dough over the top.gently press the dough down into the muffin cup and roll over the top with roll pin to score the dough around the edges of mold.using thumb, press dough down into mold so that no air bubbles remain and cut away excess dough with knife.pierce the dough several times with fork and bake for 10-12 minutes.remove mold from oven and let cool.步骤3
for top, ricotta cheese with salt and pepper and chives,heavy cream mix until creamy.stir in herbs and shallots and mix well. spread them on squares or boat,top each with 1 piece of salmon,and dill, rosemary flower.
