creme brule cheesecake的用料

melt butter 60g biscuit 120g
for crumb bases gelatin 2
mascarpone cheese 250g sugar 60g
vonilla 1ts heave cream 125ml
for filling sugar with decorote

creme brule cheesecake的做法

步骤1

for crumb base, put biscuit in a plastic bag crush with roll pin.transfer the crumb in a bowl stir in melt butte.then dived them into ring(慕 丝圈)on bake sheet. press them down flat with back of spoon( 匙背压实)

步骤2

for filling, soak gelatin in water until soft. whisk mascarpone cheese sugar until cream .this call cheese mixture.

步骤3

take out a few of cream in bowl set over a pan with simmer water.(隔水小火 加热)let just warm.。squeeze out of gelatin water.add them into stir until gelatin dissolve.then pass through strainer them.(网 过筛) whisk back into the cheese mixture and everything is mixing well(拌均匀) .pour into ring,(慕丝圈)refrigerator for 3 hour. .

步骤4

when you serves ,take out cheesecake,sprinkle some sugar on top.heat with blow torch until caramelizes.(焦糖)
