salt pinch roll oat 100g
corn syrup 40g sugar 30g
butter 50g for flapjack base
fresh cream 300ml cream cheese 300g
raspberry 150g honey 80ml
egg 2 flour 1ta
for filing to serve
fresh raspberry, cream

raspberry cranachan cheesecak的做法

步骤1

preheat oven 325度。 for flapjack base, put butter,sugar,corn syrup in a saucepan heat it until better ,sugar have melt.and like syrupy.stir in oat and salt mix well,then the oat are coat.(麦片裹上syrup)spoon them on ring of bake sheet and flatten(麦片压平)with the back of spoon. bake for 20-30分 until golden. remove from oven ,leave to cool.

步骤2

for filling, in a bowl, whisk together cream cheese,cream well.whisk in honey, egg,,flour and mixing well.then fold through the raspberry mixing well. spoon it over flapjack base and bake for 25-30分。until gold brown on top. leave to cool.then transfer to refrigerator to chill for 3 hour.or overnight.

步骤3

when you ready to serve,remove from ring,put on plate. add extra raspberry and cream on top to serve.
